I ordered from skandinavisk.com expecting the delivery to arrive within the timeframe shown on the site, but it ended up taking much longer than that. it felt disappointing, especially when you’re relying on the information they give you at checkout.

The tracking was hardly updated, so for several days I had no real idea where my parcel was. I contacted customer service, but the reply was very generic and didn’t really help or make me feel like anyone was looking into it properly.

The products themselves might be lovely, but the whole delivery experience left a bad impression. I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again if I needed something by a certain date.

I bought a candle from skandinavisk.com and I’m annoyed. The scent is nice if you stick your nose right near it, but it does absolutely nothing for the room. Even in my small room, it barely made any difference, and after it had been lit for a while I could hardly smell it at all. For the price they charge, that’s ridiculous. I feel like they’re selling the idea of a fancy candle more than an actual good one. Definitely not worth it for me.

As someone who likes to grab my usual favorites without having to keep checking back, it’s a little frustrating how often things are sold out. The products are nice, I just wish they kept more in stock...

I’ve had a good experience with this overall. The quality seems nice and it feels like the kind of thing that’s worth buying, but I do think the regular price is a little on the high side. When it’s on sale, though, it feels like a much better deal and that’s usually when I’d say it’s really worth picking up.

I wanted to like this candle because it does look nice and the scent seemed promising at first, but it really didn’t perform that well for me. After two nights it started tunneling badly, and the wick kept drowning even though I trimmed it. The scent throw was also weak. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price, I expected a lot better.

I liked the idea of this product, but the whole delivery ended up being more stressful than I expected. The box showed up completely crushed, which immediately made me worry something inside was broken. On top of that, the design feels kind of cheap in person. Not the smooth experience I was hoping for.

So... I do really like the scents and the clean Nordic vibe of the products, and I appreciate that they talk a lot about sustainability. I just wish the ingredient info was a little more straightforward and easier to compare between items. Some products seem more eco-friendly than others, so it’s kind of hard to tell how sustainable the brand really is overall. The packaging feels lovely, maybe even a bit too fancy sometimes. Overall, not bad at all, but I was hoping for a bit more transparency

I ordered this candle set as a birthday gift and paid extra because I needed it to get there on time. It still showed up a few days late, and the box was dented enough that I couldn’t really just hand it over as-is. I ended up having to rewrap it myself, which was frustrating because I’d already explained more than once that it was meant to be a gift and needed to arrive ready to go. The candles did smell nice, so the product itself wasn’t the issue, but for the price and the extra shipping cost, I expected the whole gifting experience to be a lot smoother. Disappointing, honestly

I ordered a candle and hand wash from Skandinavisk, the scents are really nice. They’re soft and natural without that heavy, fake perfume smell you sometimes get, which I really appreciate. It feels like the kind of thing you can feel good having in your home, not just because it smells nice, but because it seems a bit more thoughtful and considered.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the candle was a little smaller than I expected for the price. I still like it and I’m happy with the order overall, but I do think good quality should also feel fair value-wise...

I really like Skandinavisk’s products, so I was disappointed with the customer service. I messaged them about my order and ended up waiting days for a response. When they finally replied, they were polite enough, but it didn’t really help much, so I had to chase it up again. I don’t regret trying the products because they’re genuinely nice, but I do regret expecting the support to feel a bit more premium for the price.
